At Darwin's, we start with human-grade, 100% natural
ingredients. Our meats and vegetables are from the same local provisioners
that supply Seattle's better restaurants. All of our meats are hormone-
and antibiotic-free, free-range meats. We only use organic vegetables,
full of antioxidants, and free from chemical pesticides. And that's all
- no grains, chemicals or preservatives.

To develop our recipes, we turned to the experts,
drawing from both traditional and alternative schools of thought regarding
pet nutrition. We consulted with a locally-renown naturopathic veterinarian
as well as an experienced animal nutritionist to help us develop our
formulations. Our meals were tested in a laboratory setting to make
sure that they were complete and balanced.
The result is a meal that's not just tasty, but provides
complete and balanced nutrition for all stages of your dog's life, from
puppy to senior.
Could a person eat our dog food? While we don't recommend
it, from a nutritional perspective it would probably be an improvement
over what many of us are currently eating.
