When you call, we can help you determine how much food your pet(s) will
need (see feeding chart below), and establish an auto-delivery schedule
(required for free delivery).
Feeding Directions
Your dog's consumption of Darwin's
Natural Pet Food meals will depend on its weight and activity
level. As a general rule, a moderately active dog will eat about 1.5%
of its body weight per day. Refer to the following guidelines, monitor
your dog's weight and adjust accordingly. |

Home Delivery
For your convenience, we offer FREE delivery right to your doorstep within
the metro Seattle area. See our delivery
map. (NOTE: The minimum order for free delivery is 15 pounds, which
is about a two-week supply for a 50-lb. dog.) We also ship to homes outside
our delivery area for an additional fee. See below or call us for more
details.
Shipping
We can ship Darwin’s meals anywhere in Washington, Oregon
or northern California for just an additional $.50 per pound. We can also
ship to other parts of the country as well. Call us for details.
Schedule
Depending on your needs, we'll deliver weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
We will deliver to your neighborhood the same day each week, and will
contact you by email before your delivery as a reminder.
When we set up your auto-delivery, tell us where you want us to leave
the meals. (Please note that we can only deliver to homes in which the
meals will be safe if left at the doorstep.)
Payment
We'll bill your credit card each time we make a delivery. We accept VISA,
MasterCard, and American Express cards. (Sorry, we cannot take payment
by cash or check.)
Packaging
We pack our meals in one-inch thick Styrofoam shipping containers, like
the kind used to ship fish across the country. They will keep your meals
frozen for more than 24 hours. If for any reason you think that the meals
have become unsafe for consumption, please contact us and we'll replace
them at no charge.
Call or email us at any time to change your order, or suspend
or cancel your service. We request 24 hours advance notice for any such
changes.
