Shipping policy

  • We ship fresh pet food mostly Mon-Wed, with 2-day transit, or Mon-Thu with 1-day transit in some areas.
  • Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii go out Mondays with 3-4 day transit.
  • We use insulated boxes with dry ice and refrigerated trucks.
  • Shipping is free for orders over 20 pounds in the contiguous US; flat rates apply otherwise and for Alaska/Hawaii.
  • We only ship within the US (no PO boxes or international).
  • Shipping carriers vary by location: UPS, FedEx, or GLS.
  • You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.
  • Local pickup is available near Seattle, WA, with 24-hour notice.
